I Serve this over my Chocolate Bread Pudding for an extra rich chocolate taste. Ingredients:
1 cup heavy whipping cream |
2 cups dark chocolate (i use nestle chips) |
2 ounces brandy |
Directions:
1. Bring cream to a boil. 2. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate until melted. 3. Stir in brandy. 4. You can use a cornstarch slurry to thicken it up. 5. Serve warm sauce over warm chocolate Bread pudding. |
