This recipe goes with Bar Mitzvah Brownies Ingredients:
1 egg, beaten |
3 tablespoons bourbon |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/4 cup butter or margarine |
2 (1-ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted |
2 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar |
Directions:
1. Combine egg, bourbon, lemon juice, and vanilla in a small mixing bowl; stir until well blended. Set aside. 2. Cream butter in a medium mixing bowl; add chocolate, and beat until blended. Gradually add sugar to chocolate mixture alternately with bourbon mixture, beating until mixture is smooth. |
