Chocolate Biscuits with Soft Centres

great to do with kids very simple
Ingredients:
140 g butter
140 g caster sugar
2 egg yolks
255 g self raising flour
30 g cocoa
40 g milk chocolate
40 g white chocolate
40 g dark chocolate
Directions:
1. grease large baking tin
2. cream butter and sugar until pale
3. beat in egg yolks
4. then add flour and cocoa powder to make dough
5. turn out and knead
6. pop into fridge for a while
7. preheat oven to 190c/375/5
8. lightly flour board
9. roll out 1/3rd of dough thinly
10. then cut out 30 circles (4cm)
11. spread then out on baking sheet
12. put square chocolate in the middle of each ( use it all)
13. the roll out rest of dough , add left overs of first into this dough.lnead a bit.
14. cut out same number of circles with larger cutter (5cm)
15. put onto of others
16. press gently round edges to seal the chocolate in
17. cook for 10 mins eat hot or cold
