I got this from my TOH Simple and Delicious. It was submitted by Renee Zimmer. These are so easy and I almost always have the ingredients on hand. I have used the light version of the vanilla yogurt and 1% milk with good results. Ingredients:
1 cup milk |
1 cup vanilla yogurt |
1/2 cup chocolate syrup |
2 medium bananas, halved |
8 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Cover, and process until smooth. 2. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately. |
