Tastes like Chocolate Banana Treat. I found this on Thinner Times. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping. Ingredients:
1 ounce sugar, free chocolate carnation instant breakfast drink (1 packet) |
8 serving size jello sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix (2 boxes, can use one, which would reduce the cal. count) |
1 1/2 cups skim nonfat milk |
1 scoop protein powder (unflavored gnc recommended) |
2 -3 bananas (to taste can be frozen or fresh) |
1 -2 cup smucker's no sugar added orange spread, crushed ice to taste (15 ice cubes makes about the right amount of crushed ice) |
Directions:
1. Mix in a blender. 2. Banana can be left out for a simple chocolate smoothie. |
