Simple, delicious, and low fat. Cooking time is for freezing. Ingredients:
3/4 cup nonfat milk |
1/4 cup fat-free half-and-half |
2 medium bananas |
1 (1 1/2 ounce) package sugar-free instant chocolate fudge pudding mix |
Directions:
1. combine all ingredients in a blender. Puree until smooth. 2. Pour into ice pop molds and freeze 12 hours. |
