Yummy protein shake, a good substitute for breakfast, or a great snack! Ingredients:
1/4 cup 1% low-fat chocolate milk |
1/4 cup nonfat milk |
1 teaspoon cocoa |
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder |
1 banana |
ice |
Directions:
1. In a magic bullet add all ingredients except milks, fill remaining cup space with crushed ice and pour milks over the top, blend untill smooth! |
