I found this on a graham cracker pie crust. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping. Ingredients:
6 ounces graham cracker pie crust |
4 ounces instant chocolate pudding mix |
1 3/4 cups milk |
1 small banana, sliced |
8 ounces whipped topping |
Directions:
1. Mix together pudding mix and milk in a small bowl with a whisk for 2 minutes. 2. Fold in 1/2 cup whipped topping. 3. Pour half of pudding mixture into pie crust. 4. Place banana slices over pudding. 5. Pour remaining pudding over bananas. 6. Top with remaining whipped topping. 7. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set. |
