Chocolate Banana Oatmeal (Core) |

I combined two of my favorite ways of having oatmeal into one and came up with this version. Ingredients:
2/3 cup skim milk |
1/3 cup quick-cooking oats |
1 tablespoon baking cocoa |
2 (1 g) packets splenda sugar substitute (or other artificial sweetner) |
1 small banana, mashed |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. In small saucepan bring milk to a light boil, stir in oats and simmer for 1 minute. 2. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. 3. Serve topped with additional milk if desired. |
