1 cup carob soymilk
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup soft silken tofu
3 ripe bananas
ice cube
Directions:
1. Pour soy milk into blender.
2. Add protein powder, honey, tofu and bananas.
3. Blend.
4. Add ice cubes one at a time until smooth.
