1 cup carob soymilk |
1 scoop chocolate protein powder |
1 tablespoon honey |
1/2 cup soft silken tofu |
3 ripe bananas |
ice cube |
Directions:
1. Pour soy milk into blender. 2. Add protein powder, honey, tofu and bananas. 3. Blend. 4. Add ice cubes one at a time until smooth. |
