                    Easy to make and moist. Yummy. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1/3 cup raisins  |  
                                                3 tablespoons rum  |  
                                                1 1/2 cups flour  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon baking soda  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon salt  |  
                                                1/2 cup sugar  |  
                                                1/2 cup ripe mashed banana  |  
                                                1/4 cup melted butter  |  
                                                1 egg  |  
                                                2 tablespoons milk  |  
                                                1/2 cup chocolate chips  |  
                                                1/4 cup chopped walnuts  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Combine rum and raisins. Let stand 15 minutes; drain and reserve liquid. 2. Cool melted butter to room temperature. 3. Combine dry ingredients; set aside. 4. Combine sugar, banana, butter, egg, and milk; beat well. Gradually beat in flour mixture. 5. Stir in raisins, chocolate chips, and nuts. 6. Bake at 350 degree in a greased and floured loaf pan for 45 to 50 minutes. 7. Poke holes in top of bread with a toothpick.
