chocolate & apple pancakes are great for breakfast or anytime. Ingredients:
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
2 cups all-purpose flour |
1 egg |
4 tablespoons sugar |
1 1/4 cups milk |
1 tablspoon butter, melted |
1 apple |
1/3 cup chocolate chips. ( try white, dark, & pp chips different times) |
Directions:
1. sift flour & baking powder into a mixing bowl . 2. stir in the sugar, egg, & melted butter. 3. slowly beat in milk, keep mixing until batter is smooth 4. peel, core, & grate the apple 5. mix apple into the batter & chocolate chips 6. heat up the frying pan or griddle over medium heat, 7. place a little butter or oil down 8. place about 2 tablespoons of batter onto your cooking pan 9. cook for a few minutes until you see bubbles around the edge, then flip over to other side, cook about 1 more minute 10. serve with syrup of your choice |
