while falling deep into chocolate seduction you will be happily supprised by the sharp salty after tast and crunch Ingredients:
8 oz. dark chocolate |
2 cups semi sweet mini chocolate chips |
2 cups ap flour |
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt |
1/2 teaspoon pink rock salt (you can probly find it online, and realy this recipe need this ingredient) |
1 stick cold butter |
2 tablespoon shortning |
1/3 cup milk |
plus a few tablespoons |
3 eggs large |
1/4 cup sugar |
a splash coffee |
Directions:
1. to make you chocolate chip crust- 2. place flour, sugar, kosher salt in a bowl with chips 3. cut cold butter into bit size pieces cut in shortning with butter to flour 4. mix one tblsp of milk at a time into mix -it will take a while, be patient- soon enough youll have a cust like mix wrap in plastic wrap and place in fridge for a hour at lesed 5. after an hour take your crust out of fridger roll out to a thin layer on the bottom of your pan of choice (i used a spring form pan) and bake at 350 for 10-12 min. your looking for an all over even golden layer place a large pot of water to boil, chop up your 8 oz of chocolate place in a sauce pan with a splash of coffee and 1/3 cup milk put over boiling water and stir until thick 6. take your three eggs and seperate, mix up whites until stiff pikes stir two of your egg yolkes into chocoalte mix now fold your chocolate into your egg whites once evenly mixed place in your cooked crust and place back in over at 350 for 30 min. when its done sprinkle with pink salt and lightly press not hard just to set the salt let cool then eat |
