Ice Cream Ingredients:
1 can(12oz) evaporated milk |
1 can(14oz) eagle brand milk |
1 pint heavy whipping cream |
2 boxes(3.9oz each)chocolate fudge instant pudding mix |
1 carton(16oz)international delight amaretto non-dairy creamer |
(available in the dairy section) |
2 ounces semisweet chocolate shaved |
7 cups whole milk |
Directions:
1. In large bowl,combine evaporated milk,eagle brand milk,whipping cream,pudding mixes and creamer.
2. Blend with an electric mixer.
3. Stir in shaved chocolate.
4. Pour into freezer can holding at least 1-1/2 gallons and add whole milk to the fill line.
5. Stir well with long-handled spoon.
6. Freeze.
7. Let ripen 1 hour before serving
8. Makes 1-1/2 gallons
