Ingredients:
4 cups skim milk |
1/2 cup almond liqueur |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
1/2 cup cocoa |
1/2 cup cornstarch |
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Combine skim milk and almond liqueur in a large heavy saucepan; cook over medium heat until hot (do not boil). 2. Sift sugar, cocoa, and cornstarch together in a large heavy saucepan; add hot milk mixture, whisking until smooth. Bring to a boil over medium heat; boil 1 minute. Stir in vanilla. 3. Pour into 8 custard cups or stemmed glasses; cover with wax paper, and chill. |
