OMG this is so simple to make but for lovers of coffee & chocolate this is pure heaven. Give it a go! Ingredients:
100 g dark cooking chocolate, melted |
1 cup espresso coffee |
4 scoops french vanilla ice cream |
Directions:
1. Place a scoop of ice-cream into 4 small glasses. 2. Pour 1/4 cup coffee into each glass and drizzle liberally with melted chocolate. 3. Serve with biscotti or sponge finger biscuits. |
