Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups whole milk |
1/4 cup bottled water |
1/4 cup (generous) superfine granulated sugar |
1 bar (100 grams) quality dark bittersweet chocolate, chopped with a serrated bread knife |
1/4 cup cocoa powder, loosely packed |
Directions:
1. In a 2-quart saucepan, stir together the milk, water and sugar. bring to a boil over medium heat. Add the chopped chocolate and cocoa and bring to a boil again, whisking. Remove from the heat. Blend for a few minutes with an immersion mixer or blender until thick and foamy. |
