I make this smoothie when I am in the mood for something sweet.... it's healthy and tastes delicious! Ingredients:
1 ripe banana |
2 tablespoons peanut butter |
2 teaspoons honey |
1 tablespoon cocoa powder |
1/2 cup milk |
hand-ful ice cube |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingeds. in a blender or magic bullet until creamy and smooth. |
