Very delicious. Perfect for christmas season. Ingredients:
100 g butter |
60 g caster sugar |
1/2 teaspoon mint extract |
1/4 teaspoon peppermint wine |
1/2 teaspoon preferred food coloring |
150 g cake flour |
150 g melted chocolate |
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar till light. 2. Add in color, essence and wine. 3. Add in cake flour. 4. Pipe out onto trays or use cookie press. 5. Bake at 165C for 15-18mins. 6. When cool, dip partially in melted chocolate. |
