This is a recipe I obtained from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Kidman Estate in Plano, Texas in 1990. Ingredients:
6 ounce package chocolate chips |
1 tablespoon shortening |
30 large marshmallows |
30 wooden sticks |
1 cup finely chopped nuts |
Directions:
1. In small saucepan combine chocolate and shortening then heat until melted and mixture is smooth. Insert sticks into marshmallows then dip in melted chocolate and roll in nuts. Refrigerate to harden chocolate. |
