Found this recipe on my bag of mini marshmallows- it is really delicious! Ingredients:
3/4 cup butter or 3/4 cup margarine, softened |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
4 eggs |
1 cup all-purpose flour |
1/4 cup cocoa |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 1/2 cups mini marshmallows |
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Cream butter or margarine and sugar; beat in eggs. 3. Combine and thoroughly mix flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; beat into creamed mixture. 4. Spread into greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. 5. Bake 25 minutes, or until firmly set in center. 6. Immediately top with with marshmallows and chocolate chips; return to oven for 3 minutes. 7. Gently swirl together and blend softened marshmallows and chocolate chips. Cool before cutting. Makes 24 bars. |
