Really easy dessert squares with a great flavor of chocolate and bananas. They are really addicting! My mother got it from a co-worker several years ago. Ingredients:
2/3 cup butter or 2/3 cup margarine |
2/3 cup sugar |
2/3 cup light brown sugar |
1 cup banana, mashed |
2 cups flour |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Cream first three ingredients together. 2. Mix in bananas. 3. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and then add to wet mixture. 4. Stir in cocolate chips. 5. Spread batter in a greased and floured 10x5 inch jelly roll pan and bake at 350 for approximately 25 minutes or until the top is golden. |
