melted dark choclate with pistachios Ingredients:
12 oz dark chocolate 80% cocoa solids. chopped |
14 oz can condenzed milk |
1 oz butter |
pinch of salt |
6 oz unsalted pistachios shells removed |
Directions:
1. .turn heat on low. in a heavy-bootom sauce pan put the first 4 ingredients.and stir until melted and well combined. place pistachios in a strong freezer bag ,seal and use a rolling pin until the all the pistachios broken into big and small pieces. add the pistachios to the chocolate mixture and stir well. pour mixture ina 9'' 2. square tray. smooth the top with a wet palette knife. let the fudge cool and then place in the refrigerator until set. cut into 1'' pieces. will make about 40-50 pieces. you can freeze them and eat them frozen...... |
