This is a perfect way to jazz up a cake mix or plain butter cake. Ingredients:
50 g butter, melted, cooled |
3/4 cup chocolate chips |
1/3 cup plain flour |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 teaspoon mixed spice |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients well. 2. Spread topping over the cake batter. 3. Go ahead and bake cake according to instructions. |
