This is a great recipe-the chocolate melts in your mouth. In my house they are usally gone as soon as they are out of the oven! They are so easy to make and they are so YUMMY! Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups self raising flour |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 cup chocolate chips |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
1 egg, lightly beaten |
1 teaspoon vanilla essence |
3/4 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C. 2. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Stir them thoroughly. 3. Add other ingredients and stir well. 4. Put in separate muffin tins. 5. Put in oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked. |
