This pudding is divine. Serve while warm. Ingredients:
spray oil |
1 cup self raising flour |
1/4 cup cocoa powder |
3/4 cup caster sugar |
1/2 cup skim milk |
1 egg lightly beaten |
30g butter, melted |
1/3 cup chopped jersey caramels |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 tablespoon chopped pecans |
ice cream to serve |
Directions:
1. 1. Preheat oven to moderate. Spray the 4 i cup ramekins with oil. 2. 2. Sift flour and cocoa together in a large bowl. Stir in sugar. 3. 3. Blend in milk, egg and melted butter. Fold in caramels. 4. 4. Place ramekins in a baking dish. Pour enough HOT water to come up to half-way of the ramekins. 5. 6. bake until cooked when tested. Serve warm with ice-cream. |
