Chived Yorkshire Puddings

from Rachel Rays Magazine. Has anyone tried yorkshire pudding? I'm goin to give this a try.
Ingredients:
3 large eggs
1 1/2 c milk
1 c flour
salt and pepper
2t. finely chopped chives
1/4 c vegetable oil
Directions:
1. 450 degree oven
2. beat together eggs and milk. stir in flour, 1/2 t salt
3. gently stir in chives.
4. let stand at room temp for 30 min.
5. brush 2 6-cup jumbo muffin pans, or 12 8 oz ramekins set on a baking sheet, with the oil. Put in oven till hot, about 5min.
6. put muffin pans on heatproof surface and, working quickly, add1/4 C batter to cups.
7. bake until puffed and golden brown, about 15-17 min.
8. run a knife around to loosen serve immediatly
9. great with gravy over .
