I'm currently on a quest for healthy salads and dressings that I can incorporate into my everyday menu. I found this in one of my old issues of Cosmo. About 14 calories per tbsp, it's a really healthy alternative to mayonnaise. Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat yogurt |
2 tablespoons cider vinegar |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon fresh chives or 1 tablespoon frozen chives, chopped |
Directions:
1. Whisk all ingredients until smooth and thickened. |
