Chive Sauce for Grilled Salmon

It's a very tasty sauce that you baste your fish with part of it and serve the rest as you would tartar sauce.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons dried dill weed
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crumbled
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 cup finely minced chives
1/4 cup dry white wine
Directions:
1. Mix everything together except wine.
2. Reserve 1/3 cup of sauce to serve with grilled fish.
3. Stir wine into remaining sauce.
4. Brush over fish before grilling. Grill salmon.
5. Serve grilled salmon with the reserved sauce as you would tartar sauce.
