Chive-Ricotta Pasta and Squash

Ingredients:
2 cups part-skim ricotta cheese
6 oz chives
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tsp lemon juice
2 zucchini
14 oz whole wheat spaghetti
Directions:
1. Puree cheese through salt and pepper in a blender or food processor until smooth.
2. Sautee zucchini ribbons and drained noodles in a nonstick saucepan until hot and zucchini is beginning to soften.
3. Add sauce and toss well. Heat through and serve.
