2 garlic cloves, minced |
1/3 cup thinly sliced fresh chives |
2 tablespoons egg substitute |
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper |
1 cup olive oil |
1 (8-ounce) container crème fraîche or sour cream |
Directions:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl. Gradually whisk in oil. Add crème fraîche. Cover and chill. |
