This recipe goes with Hot and Hot Fish Club Tomato Salad
Ingredients:
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup thinly sliced fresh chives
2 tablespoons egg substitute
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 cup olive oil
1 (8-ounce) container crème fraîche or sour cream
Directions:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl. Gradually whisk in oil. Add crème fraîche. Cover and chill.
