This is a great way to get everyone to eat vegetables. These delightful carrots are a must on the weekly dinner table at my house. We all love them and hope you do as well. Enjoy Ingredients:
3 cups sliced large carrots or whole baby carrots |
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion |
2 tablespoons butter |
2 tablespoons chopped chives |
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt |
Directions:
1. In a medium skillet sauté carrots and onion in butter for 4 minutes then reduce heat. 2. Cover and cook for 10 minutes then toss with chives and garlic salt. |
