This delectable butter can be spread on any kind of meat. I prefer it spread on a nice steak. This recipe is from Rachel Ray and one to have on hand all the time. I keep mine in the freezer when I'm not using it, but take it out to soften when I know I will be spreading it. You won't go without it once you've tasted it. Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter, softened |
1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbles |
2 tablespoons chopped chives |
Directions:
1. Cut up chives with scissors and add to the blue cheese and butter. 2. Mix throughly. 3. Refrigerate. |
