Chiquita Banana Rice Pudding |

I have not tried this recipe. I got it from Tops courtesy of Chiquita Bananas. Ingredients:
4 bananas |
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained |
1/2 cup honey |
1/3 cup lemon juice |
2 cups cooked rice |
1 quart whipped cream |
1/3 cup raisins |
Directions:
1. Blend bananas to a puree. 2. Mix with pineapple, honey and lemon juice. Add rice, fold in whipped cream. Add raisins and blend inches. 3. Chill. 4. To serve garnish with a slice of banana and whipped cream topped with a dash of cinnamon or walnuts. |
