Chips Ahoy Chocolate Pie

I got this recipe out of a magazine. The cookie crust gives it a different twist. This is a very easy pie to make.
Ingredients:
crust
16 chips ahoy cookies
1/3 cup melted butter
pie filling
1 1/2 cups milk
1 4oz package chocolate flavored instant pudding mix.
2 cups cool whip, thawed
Directions:
1. Crust:
2. Place cookies in a sealable bag and crush.
3. Mix 1 1/2 cups of the crumbs with 1/3 cup of butter.
4. Press firmly onto bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie plate.
5. Reserve remaining crumbs to put on top of pie.
6. Pie filling:
7. Combine milk and pudding mix in medium bowl.
8. Stir for 2 minutes with a wire wisk.
9. Gently stir in cool whip.
10. Spoon into crust
11. Top with remaining cookie crumbs right before serving.
12. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set.
