This is incredible. A hash brown casserole with a crunchy potato chip top. Yummy. Ingredients:
2 cups potato chips |
2 pounds hash brown potatoes |
12 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese |
1 stick butter |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
1 pint sour cream |
1 white onion chopped |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except potato chips together and place in lightly greased baking dish. 2. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes. |
