Chipped Beef with English Muffins |

This is a quick, easy dish for a cold night or whenever. My kids can make this with little help and they love it. Ingredients:
1 package english muffin |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 (10 ounce) package extra-sharp cheddar cheese, shredded |
1 package dried beef, chopped fine |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Split English muffins and butter them lightly. 2. Toast in the oven under the broiler. 3. Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl. 4. Spread mixture over toasted muffins. 5. Place muffins back into the oven until the cheese bubbles. |
