2 (2 ounce) packages buddig smoked chipped beef (cut into 1/2-inch pieces) |
1 cup hellmann's mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon horseradish sauce |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened to room temp |
1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients with mixer or food processor until dip is smooth. 2. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. 3. Serve with Bugles or Ruffles. |
