Another recipe from my Out Of Our League Cookbook. Haven't tried it yet...hope to soon. Says it is great for a brunch! Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1 lb chipped beef |
1 cup cheddar cheese |
2 eggs, beaten |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix together all ingredients and put in a casserole dish. Set casserole in pan of hot water. Cook in oven for 1 hour. |
