Ingredients:
1 can(s) 12oz can of embasa tomatillos drained and rinsed well |
3-6 chiptole chiles in adobo sauce, seeded. for a mild salsa use only 2-3 chiles |
1 clove(s) garlic |
1 teaspoon(s) sugar |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 teaspoon(s) water |
Directions:
1. Place seeded chiles, rinsed tomatillos, garlic and water into a food processor or blender. Pulse until tomatillos and chiles are blended fairly well and garlic is minced. About 6-8 pulses. Transfer to a small bowl, stir in sugar and salt to taste. Refrigerates for up to a week. |
