Make a smoky-flavored tartar sauce by combining mayonnaise, chipotle chiles, pickle relish and onion and serve with fish tacos. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons canned chipotle chilies |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish |
1/4 cup minced onion |
Directions:
1. Rinse chilies. Discard seeds and veins. 2. In a blender, purée chilies and mayonnaise. Stir in relish and onion. 3. Nutritional analysis per tablespoon. |
