Sounds like this would be great with crab cakes or any seafood. Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons drained capers, chopped |
2 tablespoons chopped cornichons, gherkins or 2 tablespoons dill pickles |
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
1 tablespoon minced canned chipotle chile |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in medium bowl to blend. 2. Season to taste with salt and pepper. |
