Good and spicy and earthy. I Googled Berryhill and this popped up. Spicy as written, but could be made more mild if desired. We used this for fish and chicken tacos. Ingredients:
12 ounces greek yogurt, plain |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup lime juice |
1 chipotle chile in adobo |
1 tablespoon adobo sauce |
1 teaspoon garlic, minced |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a blender. 2. Pureee until smooth. 3. Let sit in fridge for 4 hours. 4. Enjoy. |
