Ingredients:
2 cups water |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 tablespoon minced chipotle chile, canned in adobo sauce |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
1 cup rice |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro |
Directions:
1. Combine water, butter, minced chipotle chile, salt, and freshly ground black pepper in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add rice; stir gently. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 18 minutes. Stir in cilantro. |
