I got this from a Superbowl recipe card. It's a recipe from Jake Delhomme of the Carolina Panthers. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon chipotle hot sauce |
2 (8 ounce) containers plain low-fat yogurt |
1/2 cup thick & chunky salsa |
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped |
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; mix until blended and refrigerate. 2. Add extra shredded cheese if desired. Serve with assorted cut vegetables or taco chips. |
