1 cup 1% low-fat milk |
2 3/4 cups frozen mashed potatoes (such as ore-ida) |
1 drained canned chipotle chile in adobo sauce, chopped |
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro |
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (about 1/2 lime) |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat milk in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add potato; cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Remove from heat; add chipotle pepper and remaining ingredients, stirring well. |
