1 tablespoon honey |
2 teaspoons adobo sauce, from can |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 canned chipotle peppers |
Directions:
1. puree all ingredients in a blender. pour the marinade into a zip-lock bag. add chicken or pork and marinate 30 minutes in the fridge, occasionally flipping the bag to distribute. |
