Recipe courtesy of The East Coast Grill and the Back Eddy. The Restaurant owner serves this mayonnaise on a grilled coriander rubbed chicken sandwich. Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
2 chipotle peppers, minced |
1 teaspoon garlic, minced |
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (1 lime) |
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped |
kosher salt |
fresh ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine and mix ingredients in a medium size bowl. Use immediately or cover and refrigerate. |
