Can't remember where this recipe came from but Yum!!!! Ingredients:
1 teaspoon dried chipotle powder |
1 teaspoon coarse salt |
1/2 teaspoon cumin, ground |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 3/4 lbs flank steaks, 3/4-inch thick |
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil |
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Brush both sides of steak with olive oil then sprinkle with rub. 2. Heat grill. Grill steak, covered over medium heat or coals 6-8 minutes for medium-rare, turning once. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Slice across the grain into 1/2 slices. |
