Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil |
3 chipotle peppers in adobe sauce |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
3/4 cup tomato paste |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
2 shallots |
1 1/4 cups clam juice |
1/2 cup white wine |
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro leaves |
Directions:
1. First place chopped shallot and olive oil in a saucepot. Saute the shallot until tender. Add all other ingredients and cook for 20 minutes.
